Acceleracers Used Condition Hyper Synkro 3D Foil Card #31/246
This is a used condition Hyper Synkro card - I would estimate it to be in lightly worn condition due to some scuffing/scratching on the holo as well as some whitening here and there around the edges. The worst scratch is visible in the second photo, towards the bottom middle of the holo, but there are other small scuffs. There is some slight whitening on the top back border of the card as well. This card looks very good despite the minor wear, see photos for more detail.
